THE REI LOAN DOC LLC operates an online advertising marketplace that connects potential borrowers with a nationwide network of lenders and lending partners. We are not a lender ourselves — we don't make credit decisions or advance money. What we do is make the connection process simple, fast, and free for you.

When you submit a request through our platform, we forward your information to our network of lenders who then review your request and, if eligible, present you with a loan offer. You are always free to review any offer at your own pace with no obligation to accept.

Our service is 100% free to use. We are compensated by lenders in our network when they successfully connect with borrowers — you never pay us anything.

Your information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 and protected at rest with AES-256 encryption. When you submit a loan request, we share your information with lender partners who compensate us — under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this is considered a 'sale.' California residents and residents of other states with similar privacy laws can opt out via our Do Not Sell page.

We are committed to providing borrowers with the information they need to make sound financial decisions. That means being upfront about what we are — and what we are not.

We are not a lender. THE REI LOAN DOC LLC does not make loans, broker loans to lenders, or make credit decisions. We are an advertising marketplace that connects borrowers with potential lenders. Any loan offer you receive comes directly from an independent lender — not from us.

Loan terms vary. APRs in our network range from 4% to 35.55%. Loan amounts range from $50 to $5,000 with repayment terms from 70 days to 36 months. Actual terms depend on your credit profile and the lender's criteria. Not all applicants will qualify.

Geographic restrictions apply. Residents of New York are not eligible to submit a loan request through our platform at this time.

Short-term loans are not a long-term solution. If you are experiencing ongoing financial hardship, we encourage you to consult with a nonprofit credit counselor or financial advisor before taking on new debt.
