E-SIGN Act Consent

This E-SIGN Consent ("Consent") is given by you to THE REI LOAN DOC LLC ("REI LoanDoc," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of thereiloandoc.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By checking the consent box on our application form, by submitting any application or form, or by continuing to use our Services after the date above, you consent to the terms described below, in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., the "E-SIGN Act") and applicable state law.

1. Scope of consent

You consent to receive in electronic form all communications, notices, disclosures, agreements, statements, records, and other materials (collectively, "Communications") that we, our partner lenders, our service providers, or any party acting on our behalf are required by law or by our agreements to provide to you in connection with the Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Privacy notices and updates
• Advertiser, affiliate, and compensation disclosures
• The Personal Loan Notice and similar regulatory disclosures
• Terms of Service and updates to those Terms
• Communications about your application, matches, and partner-lender offers
• Account notices, security alerts, and confirmations
• Marketing communications (where you have separately opted in)
• Any other notice we are required or permitted to provide electronically

2. Method of delivery

Communications may be delivered to you by any of the following methods:

• Display on our website or in our mobile application
• Email to the address you provided
• SMS text message to the phone number you provided
• Push notification through our mobile application
• A secure portal or in-app inbox

3. Hardware and software requirements

To receive and retain Communications electronically, you must have:

• A computer or mobile device with a current operating system
• An up-to-date web browser (most recent or one prior version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
• A valid, active email address you regularly access
• The ability to receive and read PDF documents (e.g., a free Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• Sufficient storage to download and save Communications, or a printer to print them
• For SMS communications, a mobile device capable of receiving text messages on a US carrier

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you will not be able to access or retain Communications, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to withdraw consent without penalty.

4. Keeping your contact information current

You agree to provide and keep current a valid email address and, where applicable, mobile number. You can update your contact information by:

• Logging into your account on thereiloandoc.com (if applicable)
• Emailing [email protected]
• Writing to: THE REI LOAN DOC LLC, 284 Pinestraw Cir, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714

We are not responsible for Communications that fail to reach you because you did not provide accurate contact information or did not update it after a change.

5. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw this Consent at any time, at no cost. To withdraw:

• Email [email protected] with the subject line "Withdraw E-SIGN Consent," or
• Mail a written withdrawal notice to: THE REI LOAN DOC LLC, 284 Pinestraw Cir, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714

Your withdrawal becomes effective when we have a reasonable opportunity to act on it (typically within 10 business days). Withdrawing this Consent may end your ability to use some or all of our Services, because certain disclosures and notices we are legally required to deliver to you must be delivered electronically as part of our online process.

Communications delivered to you before your withdrawal becomes effective are not affected.

6. Right to paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication we have delivered to you electronically by emailing [email protected] or writing to the address above. We will provide one free paper copy upon request; additional copies may be subject to a reasonable reproduction fee.

Requesting a paper copy does not, by itself, withdraw this E-SIGN Consent.

7. Federal and state law

This Consent is governed by the E-SIGN Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in your state of residence, and other applicable federal and state law. Your electronic signature (including by checking a box, clicking a button, typing your name, or any similar action) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
